Property Marketing Consultant

Positions available: Three
Area: Helderberg, Boland and Surroundings
Description:
  1. Financial modelling and analysis of property investment opportunities.
  2. Marketing and sale of property investment products.
  3. Management of investor portfolio.
  4. Development and management of sales strategies and projects.
Requirements:
  1. Financial/ Economical qualification (certificate, diploma, degree)
  2. Certificate of accreditation in previous industry of employment.
  3. Completed FETC NQF4 Real Estate qualification.
  4. Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
Experience:
  1. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Estate Agent, Financial Advisor, Business Broker or similar.
  2. Proof of sales performance at previous employer.
  3. Proof of initiating, developing and managing of projects at previous employment.
Resources:
  1. Laptop with 3G or internet access.
  2. Own Transport.
Personal Profile:
  1. Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
  2. Energetic and well presented.
  3. Organized.

Property Rental Agent

Positions available: Two
Area: Helderberg, Boland and surrounds
Description:
  1. Secure mandates for rental property.
  2. Loading listings to websites and management system.
  3. Secure tenants and pre-qualify.
  4. Attend to legal and administrative documentation.
  5. Management of own rental portfolio.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of two years property rental / management / marketing experience.
  2. Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
  3. Energetic and well presented.
  4. Organised.
  5. Team player.
  6. Excellent computer skills.
