OUR VISION

Multi Projects' vision is to establish quality, affordable housing and integrated human settlements across South Africa, to build commercial sites and retirement villages within such communities and offer property related services nationally.

We focus on the areas where need is greatest across the spectrum and cater for the affordable and leisure markets. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality homes to people of all walks of life, aiming to uplift and establish sustainable communities that could work, stay, play and pray and create economic development in the areas where we operate.

Through our involvement with Shoprite Checkers Home Loan Finder and other power partners, we have established a system to identify people’s housing needs in all areas of South Africa and are constantly identifying development land in these areas to supply the required housing and commercial units.

These development sites are launched in more than 520 Shoprite Checkers' stores, on-site and estate agencies in the surrounding areas where customers can apply at the in-store Money Market Counters for a home. Shoprite Checkers Home Loan Finder attends to the pre-approval of end-user finance and we conclude transactions most effectively and in the shortest period of time.

Established in 1989 and active in developments since 1992, Multi Projects has a fine reputation as a leader in marketing and sales of residential beachfront apartments and development of affordable housing in the Western and Southern Cape and Gauteng.

Initially focusing on marketing we soon diversified by offering a wide range of property related services, including access to pre-qualification finance through Shoprite Checkers Home Loan Finder, Property Development, Property Management services, long term and holiday rental schemes and legal advice and on-site maintenance.

Multi Projects Residential South Africa (MPRSA)

MPRSA is our brand name for the delivery of affordable housing, integrated human settlements.

MPRSA is a BEE compliant company with the mission of embarking on macro developments in conjunction with government, private landowners and other business partners to supply the housing and integrated development needs of all South Africans and stimulate local economic development and upliftment in those areas.

Our objective is to deliver a substantial number of affordable housing units per year by 2012. MPRSA will achieve this objective by operating within the BBBEE Code of Good Practice.

MPPM understands the significant asset and emotional value of properties and therefore the importance of robust and trusted property manangement and rental services. That is why we're dedicated to providing a comprehensive and tailored property management services. We attend to marketing, housekeeping and booking services on a centralized booking and administration system and offer a hassle-free service to clients wishing to earn income from their property investments.

MPPM is fully registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board ("EAAB").

MPPM's residential property managment service covers the full managment requirements of Sectional Title Bodies Corporate and Home Owners Associations (HOA's).

MPI as Operator of Shoprite Checkers Home Loan Finder: Realty Division

Shoprite Checkers Home Loan Finder appointed MPI as the exclusive operator of its Realty Division as from 1 January 2009. We manage a vast database of prospective buyers on their behalf.

Our services include the sourcing of properties and property developments catering to the needs of these clients and management of the complete sales process. We utilize a network of preferred agents across South Africa to provide personalized service to each client.

We perform an accurate needs analysis on clients, educate them on the process of buying a house, supply a suitable house according to their affordability and attend to the legal processes involved. We follow a hands-on approach and treat each client differently according to their needs and requirements.

MPI is a company with a strong ethos of social responsibility and ethics, and we are exploring new ways of transferring skills to all players in the industry.

MPI will also be launching new developments on behalf of developers through and in the Shoprite Checkers outlets.

Shoprite Checkers Home Loan Finder has been appointed as the sole company to provide origination and property related services on behalf of the Shoprite Group. Using the extensive branch network of Shoprite/Checkers in more than 530 outlets, clients are been introduced to property services, property sales and the finance that they need to obtain these properties.
